Professional Information:
MSc in Industrial Engineering (1991, Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid, Spain) and PhD in Industrial Engineering (1999, Universidad de Málaga, Spain). In 1991 she worked for the Railway Division of Abengoa (Madrid, Spain) in Railway Traffic Signaling Systems. In 1992, she joined Instituto de Investigación Tecnológica (Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid, Spain) as a Research Assistant in the field of Electrical Energy Systems. Then, she joined University of Málaga (Spain) as a researcher and lecturer in the fields of Power Electronics and Electrical Energy Systems. Since 2001, she is an Associate Professor at University of Málaga. In 2007, she started her collaboration with the Research & Innovation (R&I) department of CEMOSA. Since 2010, she is working full time as the Director of the R&I department in CEMOSA. Since 2016 she is a member of the Board at CEMOSA.
