CEMOSA carries out advisory and control work for both public and private education buildings. The building department performs its work both in the development of actions related to the diagnosis and rehabilitation of this type of building, as well as in advising on compliance with basic new construction requirements. Our multidisciplinary team, acting as a Building Quality Control Body, provides the guarantee required by this sector, from the project supervision to the control of the execution works and maintenance advice.
