The project “SUSTAIN – Sustainable Urban Superblocks through Digital Twin Technologies and Intelligent Analysis of Social and Environmental Impact” is submitted as an innovative initiative aimed at advancing the construction sector by addressing key challenges such as digitalization, sustainability, resilience, and social impact in urban environments—specifically within superblocks.

It proposes a comprehensive, people-centered approach—focusing on both users and workers—by combining cutting-edge technologies like digital twins and artificial intelligence to significantly reduce the carbon footprint and enhance the social impact of these urban developments.

Development of a Digital Twin platform for the management of superblocks, integrating diverse types of information such as real-time monitoring, space usage, air quality, and noise levels.
